Most often, it’s mid-sized or smaller companies that are investing in people and culture but don’t have internal communication or change management resources. Or, the client needs expertise or extra hands-on support on a specific topic.
I’m happy to work with my clients in whatever capacity help most, from over-the-shoulder guidance or as an embedded, fractional member of the HR team.

I help my clients with just about anything that’s related to HR. program, changes or optimization.
Examples include:
Designing communication strategies and collateral for HR program rollouts (like new benefits, compensation structures, or culture initiatives).
Developing strategies and collateral to enhance people manager skills.
Evaluating talent/career programs, such as performance management, mentorship programs, and so on, to identify ways to enhance program outcomes.
Acting as fractional HR communications support — essentially your on-demand internal comms team.

We’ll walk through your situation in detail and I’ll share initial thoughts for how to address it. You’ll leave with practical next steps — and we’ll see together if it makes sense for Perelaks to play a role going forward.

I offer three options:
Project-based: A fixed fee for a defined deliverable, such as a strategic communication plan, toolkit, or training program.
Retainer: These are generally done an annual basis and are based on providing a broad range of support, usually based on a monthly hours estimate. Retainer clients receive a discount on my fees.
Fractional support: Similar to a retainer arrangement.
We’ll decide together what makes the most sense once I understand your goals and scope.
